About the Sudbury Model Aircraft Club (SMAC)
A Community in Flight
The Sudbury Model Aircraft Club (SMAC) is Northern Ontario’s home for radio-controlled aviation. We are a passionate group of pilots, builders, and hobbyists dedicated to the art and science of R/C flight. From high-performance drones and helicopters to classic fixed-wing planes and gliders, we celebrate every aspect of the sky.
Whether you are a veteran "ace" or a curious beginner looking for your first plane, SMAC provides the space, safety, and mentorship to help you succeed.
